Job Description
The construction property manager is responsible for managing property, operations, maintenance and tenant relations to ensure smooth and efficient facility management.
He/she oversees the planning, eexecution and completion of construction projects
He/she must ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
He/she must be able to coordinate various stakeholders, manage resources and ad here to safety regulations
Requirements include:
Strong knowledge of consturction processes
Building codeds,
safety regulations,
project planning,
Budgeting,
Cost control
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
