Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple real estate development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance while managing project teams, coordinating consultants and contractors, and aligning execution with company goals. The individual must exhibit strong leadership, project control, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides insights on market trends, client behaviors, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
Lead and supervise project managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of real estate development projects.
Translate development briefs into actionable project plans, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage project feasibility assessments, approvals, design development, procurement, and construction phases.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure synergy and compliance with standards.
Enforce adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements across all sites.
Prepare and present periodic project status reports to the Head of Property Development and senior management.
Manage budgets, monitor risks, and implement mitigation strategies to reduce project variances.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery and team performance.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
A master’s degree (M.Sc./MBA) in Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar are required.
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
Strong knowledge of building codes, development processes, construction methodologies, and local regulations.
Proven experience in delivering multiple mid- to large-scale real estate development projects.
