Job Summary:
Our client seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in promoting our property development and management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Possession of a Master’s degree (MBA) or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Professional membership (e.g., NIMN, CIM, or equivalent) will be considered a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, property development, or investment sectors.
At least 3 years in a managerial role leading a marketing team or department.
Proven experience in:
Developing and executing marketing strategies.
Brand positioning and corporate communications.
Digital marketing and analytics.
Product launch and go-to-market strategies.
Real estate sales support and lead generation.
