Job Description
Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Scheduling: Developing and curating engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms. This includes writing posts, creating graphics, and scheduling content to maximize reach and engagement.
Community Management: Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations to build a strong online community.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, and website traffic to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Development and Execution: Creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing brand awareness or driving website traffic.
Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
Collaboration: Working with other team members, such as marketing and design teams, to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms.
Reporting: Preparing reports on social media performance, analyzing results, and suggesting adjustments to the social media strategy.

Role Description U MUST HAVE AT LESS (5)years EXPERIENCE IN SOLAR POWER INVERTER SALES. Please don't submit your CV,if u do not meet up to this requirements. • You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team. • Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liaise with companies for business deals. • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance. • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share. • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract. • sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions. • identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions. • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales.
