Job Description
Mshel Homes is looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Officer to manage company vehicles and support daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth movement of vehicles, proper maintenance scheduling, and provide administrative support to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and proper use of company vehicles
Track fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance records
Coordinate drivers’ daily routes and assignments
Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and documents (insurance, papers) are up to date
Support the operations team with logistics planning and execution
Monitor delivery and movement schedules to ensure efficiency
Prepare weekly reports on vehicle and logistics activities
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND in any related field
1–2 years experience in logistics, fleet, or operations role
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic laws
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus
