Job Description
Tecton Studio is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us take our services to more clients and partners.
We provide top-tier tech training, design & development services, and digital solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. Now, we need someone who can open doors, close deals, and help us grow.
What you’ll do:
* Pitch our services to startups, SMEs, corporate organizations & schools.
* Secure contracts for tech training programs, design/development projects, and digital solutions.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and partners.
* Represent Tecton Studio in client meetings and strategy sessions.
* Drive revenue growth and report directly on progress.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in tech, design, or training).
* Confidence in client-facing roles and closing deals.
* Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
* Lagos-based and able to work onsite 2–3 times a week.
Pay: Competitive + commissions on every closed deal
Location: Hybrid (Lagos preferred)
