Job Description

We are hiring a Brand Revenue Manager to drive all income-generating activities for a fast-growing personal brand operating in the coaching, digital products, and public speaking space.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment and has experience in business development, partnership acquisition, and revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Secure paid speaking engagements and consulting opportunities
- Pitch and close brand deals, sponsorships, and ambassadorships
- Sell digital products to targeted audiences
- Build and manage partnerships with agencies, corporates, and event planners
- Track and report revenue performance, pipeline growth, and partnership metrics

Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
