Job brief:
We're looking to bring on a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can turn raw content and resources into professional-quality ad creatives using tools like CapCut, Canva, or any preferred platform. . He or She would be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics and video including illustrations, logos, layouts photos, motion graphics and animes.

Responsibilities:
* Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
* Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
* Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
* Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects Study design briefs and determine requirements
* Schedule projects and define budget constraints
* Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
* Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
* Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
* Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
* Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of Proven work experience as a Video Editor/Graphics designer
* Solid experience with digital technology, editing software packages and design software (e.g. Avid Media Composer, After Effect, Final Cut, Canva, Cap cut, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
* A keen eye for aesthetics and details
* Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
* Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
* A strong portfolio of Graphics and video contents.
