Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with at least 4 years of experience in the real estate industry to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent people skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

· Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and clients

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities

· Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends

· Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns

· Provide coaching and training to sales team members

· Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

· Develop and manage the sales budget
