Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Safely deliver orders, or packages to assigned locations.
Ensure all items are properly packaged, complete, and handled with care.
Collect and confirm delivery instructions from logistics or operations team.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery location and time.
Ensure timely delivery and notify the appropriate contact of any delays.
Maintain delivery logs and report any issues encountered during deliveries.
Ensure the motorcycle is well-maintained and serviced regularly.
Follow all traffic and company safety rules and regulations.
Assist with errands or other tasks as directed by the operations team.
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
