Job Description
Sales Executive needed for driving the sales of the brewery’s products, expanding market share, managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, and ensuring brand visibility and growth in the assigned territory or region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and actively close deals.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to final order delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and direct consumers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product availability.
Market Development:
Explore and develop new markets within and outside the assigned region.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor activities, pricing, and consumer behavior.
Promotion and Brand Awareness:
Execute promotional activities, trade marketing campaigns, and product launches.
Ensure visibility of the brewery's brand at sales points (bars, supermarkets, depots, events, etc.).
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Monitor and forecast sales trends to guide production planning.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and production departments to align sales strategy with brand goals.
Requirements:
2–5 years sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry (preferably in breweries).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good knowledge of local markets and distribution networks.
Ability to drive and willingness to travel.
