Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Promote financial products and services to individuals and businesses based on their needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, market trends, and competitor activity
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, trends, and areas for product improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services (minimum of 3-5 years)
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly to clients
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Professional appearance and conduct
Residing in or willing to work in Abuja
