Sales Assistant

We are looking for a confident and tech-savvy Sales Assistant to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage sales orders via the Lark platform.
• Act as a liaison between sales reps and customers, helping to resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of returned goods from customers to the warehouse.
• Track and document all product samples issued to sales representatives.
• Manage and oversee the sample inventory.
• Support sales reps by providing timely information and assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and other internal teams to ensure accurate product flow and returns.
• Generate basic reports, update spreadsheets, and maintain organized digital records.
• Assist with other administrative and sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills – spoken and written English.
• Proficient in computer use – MS Office tools (especially Excel), emails, and online platforms like Lark.
• Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new digital tools.
• Confident and proactive in handling customer and team interactions.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is an added advantage.
