Indoor Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative (Female) to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in in-house sales and customer engagement, with a strong ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk-in clients and respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Present and upsell company products/services to prospective and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Requirements:
• Female candidate only (position requirement)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in indoor/in-house sales and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
