Job Description
Job Summary
The Senior Programs Analyst will support the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of entrepreneurship and skills training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run entrepreneurship and skills training programs
Help design training content and facilitate sessions when needed
Organize program events like workshops, pitch days, and networking sessions
Communicate regularly with program participants, mentors, trainers, and partners
Support partnership building and relationship management with donors and stakeholders
Track participant progress and program performance using set indicators
Create surveys and feedback tools to improve program quality
Prepare reports and success stories for internal and external use
Keep program data organized using spreadsheets or CRM tools
Analyze data to find trends and suggest improvements
Work closely with other departments like communications, admin, and operations
Support junior staff or interns when needed
Contribute to writing proposals and developing new program ideas
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a program coordination, training, or development role (preferably in an ESO or NGO).
Proven ability to facilitate learning, mentor participants, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience with M&E processes, report writing, and basic data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite, and project management tools.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
