Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and talented Senior and Junior Sous Chefs to join our culinary leadership team. The ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of professional kitchen experience, a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine, and the ability to maintain the highest culinary standards. International experience is a plus and will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

Lead and supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure excellence in quality and consistency.

Incorporate authentic Mediterranean flavors, techniques, and presentation styles into the menu.

Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure effective cost control.

Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.

Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings.

Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements

5–10 years of progressive experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant kitchen.

Proven expertise in Mediterranean cuisine.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation.

International culinary experience is an advantage.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
