Job Description
Location: Ibadan, Nigeria
Job Type: Hybrid
Salary: ₦80,000/month
Commission: ₦50,000 – ₦150,000/month (based on performance)
Confirmation Period: 6 months
Benefits: HMO (after confirmation)
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a sales strategy to target high-value individuals and businesses
– Prospect for new clients and onboard high-net-worth individuals
– Promote and sell fixed deposit and treasury products
– Maintain strong relationships with new and existing deposit clients
– Provide timely updates to clients regarding their deposit status
– Ensure all client documentation is completed and submitted accurately
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling financial products
– Monitor and ensure prompt interest payments and compliance
– Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
– Attend industry events and client meetings to generate leads
– Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements:
– Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
– 1–2 years experience in banking or financial product sales
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Proven ability to engage and convert high-profile clients
– Understanding of savings and treasury operations
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in strategy
– Innovative and able to develop creative approaches to selling
– Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
