Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the phone accessories industry (e.g., Oraimo, Tecno, Itel, and similar brands). The role involves driving revenue growth, securing key distributors and buyers, and managing the regional sales team to achieve set targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
Acquire and manage major distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Expand product presence and distribution networks.
Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
Monitor sales performance and report to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management within the phone accessories industry.
Strong distributor and buyer network.
Proven ability to secure major deals and grow market share.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
