You will play a key role in promoting our furniture products and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and guidance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain an attractive and organized showroom environment.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or furniture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to use POS systems.
