As the Showroom / Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies. You will lead a team of sales associates and work closely with management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote showroom products and increase sales.
Train, mentor, and supervise showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture industry.
Strong marketing skills with a track record of driving sales growth.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
