Salary: ₦150,000 Gross (Negotiable based on experience & qualifications)

ICAN certification in progress toward it is an added advantage.
Role Overview:
We’re hiring a skilled Accounts & Finance Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support budgeting and reporting. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with solid accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and expense reports
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax, etc.)
• Handle data entry into accounting software and update the Arable Tracker
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support internal/external audits with proper documentation
• Process vendor payments and manage operational expenses
• Recommend process improvements and support accounting system upgrades
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams (Procurement, HR, Ops)
Requirements:
• Education: BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting tools (Sage, Odoo, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving
