Networking Engineers

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and support our network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, and be familiar with modern networking protocols, cloud networking (AWS/GCP/Azure), and enterprise-grade security.

You will be responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, and security across all systems, enabling seamless connectivity for internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Network Design & Implementation
Plan and deploy LAN, WAN, and WLAN architectures across office and data center locations

Configure and maintain network hardware: switches, routers, firewalls, access points, load balancers

Design and support VPN, VLAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN connections

Evaluate new network technologies and recommend upgrades

Network Operations
Monitor network performance and uptime using tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Nagios

Conduct routine maintenance and apply patches, updates, and firmware upgrades

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and connectivity issues promptly

Maintain accurate network documentation and topology diagrams

Security & Access Control
Implement and enforce network security policies (ACLs, firewalls, port security)

Manage perimeter defenses including IDS/IPS, endpoint detection, and DDoS prevention

Ensure secure remote access for staff via site-to-site or client-based VPNs

Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevSecOps teams on zero-trust and NIST frameworks

Cloud Networking
Manage VPCs, subnets, NAT gateways, and peering in AWS, Azure, or GCP

Set up secure connections between on-prem infrastructure and cloud environments

Implement identity-based access policies using IAM, SSO, and MFA

Monitor cloud-based firewall and networking rules for compliance

Support & Coordination
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network-related issues

Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for service provisioning and fault resolution

Train internal IT support staff on basic network troubleshooting

Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
