Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock receiving, storage, and distribution.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and manage replenishment.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and opportunities for improvement.
Champion initiatives to enhance inventory processes, including the use of technology and best practices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
Prepare regular reports on inventory performance and present findings to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
