Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer (preferably female Corps Member) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support procurement of office supplies and maintain proper inventory records.
Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and other documents as required.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive for work.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
0 - 1 year experience.
B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferably female candidate.
