Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Ajao estate
Salary : 120,000 - 150,000 monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
Promote and market company products/services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product promotions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback.
Represent the company at marketing events, activations, and trade shows.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

B.Sc. in any field
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to travel or work in the field as needed
