Job Description
10+ yrs experience (3+ leading teams). Strong in brand growth, customer acquisition, retention & commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Define and execute brand positioning, strategy, and growth roadmap.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, insight-led marketing.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Who We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in marketing/brand management, including 3+ years at senior management level (QSR, FMCG, retail, or hospitality experience strongly preferred).
• Proven record of driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
• A data-savvy marketer who blends creativity with commercial discipline.
• MBA, CIM, or similar advanced qualification is an advantage.
