Job Description
A pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for a warehouse officer responsible for receiving products from vendors, managing warehouse/ store stock, replenishing shop floor stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Job Description
Replenish supply inventories following the established guidelines of the company
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment as per regulations
Manage the store layout
Receive, upload, and shelf supplies
Perform stock-related duties like returning, packing, and labeling
Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damage
Report damaged or short-dated inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
Rotate stock and escalate surplus, and expired quantities
Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in the warehouse and store
Ensure proper completion of documentation of inbound and outbound orders
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a minimum of ND, HND with 0 - 1 years of work experience.
Must be organized and punctual.
Prior experience in retail would be advantageous.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cartons
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Position is open to men for gender balance
Candidates must reside close to Ojuelegba, Yaba, Ebutemeta, Surulere, Apapa, Lawanson, Fadeyi, Maryland, and environs.
