Oceanlord Engineering is seeking a reliable and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee and coordinate small-scale projects and repair operations at our Amuwo Odofin facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of repair and maintenance tasks
Coordinate small-scale technical projects from planning through execution
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Monitor material usage and manage inventory
Provide technical guidance and leadership to workshop staff
Maintain accurate records of projects, repairs, and maintenance activities

Requirements:

Minimum of OND or relevant technical qualifications
Proven experience in workshop supervision or similar role
Strong technical background in repairs, fabrication, or mechanical works
Good leadership, planning, and communication skills
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
