Job Title: In-House Sales Executive
Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos

Job Summary:
We are hiring a proven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must come with an active clientele base or hot leads and be ready to deliver immediate sales.

Responsibilities:
Market and sell Mshel Homes’ properties to clients.
Leverage existing leads and build new ones.
Attend weekly Monday meetings and other scheduled engagements.
Provide updates on sales activities and client follow-ups.

Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales.
Must have an active clientele base/hot leads.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be based in Lagos (preferably Lekki/Ikate).
Immediate resumption.

Compensation & Benefits:
7% commission on every closed sale.
Salary begins after 1–3 months of active sales.
Marketing resources: flyers, ID card, newsletters, mobility, call cards.
Airtime stipends and full staff benefits.
