Responsibilities
Transport goods and materials to various locations in a timely manner
Plan and optimize routes for efficient deliveries
Conduct pre-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy items and maneuver in tight spaces
Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
