Job Description
Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute an integrated Marketing & Communications strategy aligned with Novarick’s business objectives.
• Lead the marketing team (in-house and outsourced) to deliver measurable campaigns and results.
• Drive brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Provide marketing intelligence, competitive analysis, and insights to support leadership decision-making.
Brand & Communications
• Manage all aspects of corporate communications, including PR, media relations, brand partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee brand guidelines, storytelling, and creative direction across digital and offline channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility.
• Create compelling content (press releases, newsletters, campaigns)
that reinforce Novarick’s values.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, influencer marketing, offline activations).
• Drive lead generation for property sales, tracking performance through
CRM tools.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI and cost efficiency.
• Manage Novarick’s online presence (website, social media, advertising
platforms).
Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth
• Work closely with the Sales Team to generate, qualify, and convert leads.
• Create sales kits, presentations, and campaigns to support property sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for new revenue channels (referral programs, realtor partnerships, digital sales funnels).
• Drive measurable sales results, earning commissions on successful property sales through marketing channels.
Team Building & Management
• Build, mentor, and manage a small but high-performing marketing unit.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
• Instill a performance-driven, innovative, and collaborative marketing culture.
