Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions within the institution. This includes recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and school policies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the school’s vision and goals.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll in compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and education sector standards.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is desirable.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
