Logistic /site Officer

NVC Prime Properties is seeking a Logistics / Site Officer to join our growing team in Port Harcourt. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can oversee site logistics, manage operations, and ensure smooth execution of tasks across our projects.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site logistics and ensure smooth flow of operations.

Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with company standards.

Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and workforce movement.

Drive company vehicles when required and manage transportation routes efficiently.

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.

Ensure safety procedures are adhered to on-site.

Provide reports and updates on site progress and logistics to management.

Requirements

Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Project Management, Estate Management, or related field.

Must be male, resident in Port Harcourt, and not more than 30 years old.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and good knowledge of Port Harcourt routes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be smart, proactive, and able to deliver tasks promptly.
