Industrial and governmental sales relationships are a plus.
Coach and develop sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Proven experience in automobile sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data to inform decision-making and drive sales growth.
Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and sales tactics.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or leadership are an advantage.
