Job Description
To recruit, train and develop Financial Planners and help Channel sales for the company. The Unit Manager will also ensure compliance while coordinating the Financial Planner’s activities.
Requirement:
BSC/HND/OND in any field
3-5 Years’ experience in selling and managing a sales force
NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate
Excellent selling skills and good network within the retail market
Ability to achieve and exceed sales target
Ability to demonstrate remarkable leadership and management skills
Strong ability to persuade customers
Ability to gather information, compile data and prepare reports
Knowledge of the Region: Must have lived in location for more than 2 years.
Salary: Position attracts both fixed, variable incomes and commission
