Job Description

Administrative Officer:

An Elementary school located in Ikosi-Ketu is in need of an Administrative Officer for immediate employment.

Qualification:
- SSCE, OND or NCE qualifications only.

Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Accounting Software like Quickbook and Sage
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Processing and record keeping
- Emailing (Incoming and Outgoing

Requirements:
- Willingness to resume early at (7:00am) and close late by (6:00pm)
- Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Candidate must reside in Ikosi community of Ketu unless he is capable of not breaching resumption and closing time rules
- A male candidate is preferred based on the nature of this role
