Job Description
Job Title: Account Acquisition Sales Executive & Firstmonie Sales Executive (ASE / FSE)
Location: Ondo (Ikare)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
o Identification and onboarding of Firstmonie Agents.
o Prepare target market list.
o Activate dormant Agents.
o Grow the Banks Agents network.
o Management of Firstmonie Agents.
o Respond to all enquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of Agents’ issues.
o Capture Agents activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
o As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
o Identification and onboarding of new customers.
o Ensure funding of opened accounts.
o Enrollment on Wallets.
o Ensure funding of wallets opened
o Enroll new customers on USSD/FirstMobile.
o Respond to all enquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of new customers’ issues.
o Capture activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
o B.Sc and HND (Second Class Lower & Upper Credit minimum).
o 30 years and below.
o Must have flair for sales
o Excellent networking skills.
o Strong negotiation skills.
o Good communication skills.
