Customer Care Officer/Sales Executive

A School and Goods shop located within Ketu in Lagos State is in need of a Customer Care Officers and Sales Executive living in Ketu to perform Customer centric services and/or sales activities which involve taking detailed records of school expenditures and what is sold in the shop, attending to visiting parents, and collecting payments. Please do not apply if you do not reside in Ketu, only applicants who are based in Ketu will be considered or contacted for this job.

Duties:
- Resume early in the morning
- Attend to all visiting parents and customers in warm and courteous manner
- Ensure security and safety of school property and/or goods and properties within the shop
- Record detailed daily sales and receivables transactions
- Close shop in the evenings after the day’s work
- Be watchful and vigilant of all activities and occurrences within the premises
- Coordinate/Handle collection, sorting and arrangement of goods delivered by suppliers as required
- Must be willing to perform other tasks assigned by shop owner when necessary

Requirements/Qualifications:
- School Certificate/OND holders only
- Good communication skills in English and local languages
- Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
- Must be based in Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
- Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Excell to record transactions and able to use a computer.
- Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty is expected.
- Vigilance and attention to detail is a very important quality for this job.
- Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication
- Must not be Lazy.
