Position: Luxury Service Apartment Manager

Location: Eneka Link Road, Port Harcourt

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a passion for business to join their team as a Luxury Service Apartment Manager. Located in the heart of Port Harcourt, this position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the operations of a prestigious luxury service apartment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high service standards across all operational aspects.
• Develop and enforce policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and manage a talented team of hospitality professionals.
• Foster a positive work environment conducive to growth and performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Implement guest feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets effectively, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure property maintenance meets or exceeds luxury standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and renovations as needed.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract clientele.
• Identify partnership opportunities to enhance property visibility.
• Utilize data analytics to assess market trends and adjust strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.
• Implement health and safety measures for guests and staff.

Qualifications/Skills:
• BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven managerial experience in luxury hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, including sales and marketing.
• Familiarity with property management software and guest relations technology.
• Resides in Port Harcourt.
