Our client, a reputable establishment in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team as a Bar Manager. Located in the vibrant area of Iwofe in Port Harcourt, this position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the operations of a bustling bar.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the bar area.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of bartenders and bar staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue, including upselling and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering, rotation, and storage.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and quality products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Implement health and safety protocols to protect customers and staff.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and bar operations.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Resides in Port Harcourt.
