Position Overview
The Seasoning Mass Mixer Casual will be responsible for operating and monitoring the seasoning mass mixing equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate blending of ingredients according to recipe specifications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Operate the seasoning mass mixing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure proper blending according to recipe specifications.
Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production schedules.
Adjust mixing parameters as needed to optimize product quality and production efficiency.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning and sanitizing, to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep accurate records of production activities, including ingredient usage, batch numbers, and equipment performance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
Assist with other production tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
OND in Engineering or related fields.
2 years of previous experience operating mixing equipment in a food manufacturing or related industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and measuring ingredients.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
