Job Description
The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality
throughout the production and assembly processes of our drones at ProForce Air System. This
role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to
maintaining the integrity and reliability of our products. The Quality Control Officer will work
closely with design engineers, production teams, and compliance officers to uphold quality
assurance protocols and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and oversee quality control processes and
standards for manufacturing and assembly.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials,
components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and
specifications.
• Problem Resolution: Identify any quality issues during production; develop effective
solutions and corrective measures in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed reports and documentation of quality assessments,
inspection results, and any corrective actions taken.
• Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry regulations and
internal quality policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement,
recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices to enhance product
quality.
• Training: Provide training to production staff on quality standards, testing
methodologies, and inspection techniques.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits to verify quality compliance and
procedural accuracy.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback on
quality findings, contributing to product design and functionality improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or a
related field.
• Proven experience in quality control, preferably within the aerospace or drone
manufacturing industry.
• In-depth understanding of quality control standards and methodologies, including ISO
9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Requirements:
• Prior experience with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a scaling organization.
• Certification in quality management or a related field is advantageous.
