Bar Back

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the position of Bar Back at our establishment in Lagos State. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the bar by assisting bartenders and ensuring the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers.
Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Replenish supplies such as ice, garnishes, and napkins throughout the shift.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking items as needed.
Ensure that all bar equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues to management.
Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Assist in handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the bar.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 years old.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
