Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative mixologist to join our team and elevate our bar experience. As a mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve developing innovative drink recipes, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Craft a variety of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Develop and innovate new drink recipes to enhance the menu offerings and cater to diverse tastes.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar by managing inventory, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring their needs are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually improve skills and offerings.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with the bar team and management to create promotions, events, and special menus to attract and retain customers.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in mixology and customer service.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume establishment.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and work effectively with the team.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks and experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred but not required.
