Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

v To secure distributors/ wholesalers for the company’s products
v Demonstrable ability to meet sales/distribution targets, distributors, pharmacies, etc
v Must have personal relationships/contacts with major pharmaceutical dealers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and hospitals in key areas
v Responsibility for moving the account pursuit through the entire sales cycle
v Leverage client relationships and detailed knowledge of clients’ commercial processes to ensure predictable execution of deals against quarterly and annual targets
v Responsible for establishing goals, and standards, implementing plans, and providing resources to drive profitability
v Meets/exceeds client expectations and drives profitable business growth by delivering client results
v Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
v Making appointments to see existing and potential clients
v Presenting products to pharmacists and other clients
v Persuading clients to buy your company’s products
v Meeting sales targets
v Adhere to performance standards specified in the Company Policy and Procedures Manual.
v Keeping records of sales and customers
v Reporting information back to the team lead about customer needs
v Make presentations to wholesalers
v Keep detailed records of all contacts
v Onboard new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
v Meet sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve this
v Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
v Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
v Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
v Participate in quality improvement of slow-selling products and program development activities.
Act as a liaison between the customer, and the company for their services as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

v Minimum of 1st Degree in Pharmacist
v At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the pharmaceuticals/personal care/cosmetic industry
v Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
v Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
v Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
v Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
v Creativity and commercial awareness
v A team player with a customer-oriented approach
v Ability to work with minimal direction and to take the initiative to follow up on customers/clients.
Ability to recognize relationship challenges with customers/clients, and the ability to initiate appropriate action to resolve them

SALARY RANGE: 200-300K Net Plus HMO
Salary:
200.000,00 NGN Monthly
