Job title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Lekki Phase 1 Lagos
Mode of work: On-site
Remuneration: 100k to 130k Plus HMO
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Ensuring all customer orders are shipped on time according to company policies and procedures.
Generating leads and exceeding sales targets.
Reviewing customer requests for order changes or cancellations
Provide feedback from consumers on medical issues and resolutions

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of BSC/HND in marketing or related field
At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales/customer service
Meeting and exceeding sales target
Generating leads
Strong telephone etiquette
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
