Job Description
· Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
· Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client accounts.
· Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Job Specifications
· Must have a minimum of 5-8 years’ client management experience.
· Must have a BSc/ BA degree in Customer Relations or relevant course.
· Must have relevant professional certifications.
· Should reside in Lagos or environs.
· Must look professional and presentable.
· Must speak eloquently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
