TeamAce Limited: Our client, a reputable firm in the hospitality industry is looking to fill the role of;



Job Title: VI, WAITRESS



Location: LAGOS.



Job Summary: As a Waitress your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the efficient and timely service of meals and drinks.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist guests in making menu selections, providing recommendations, and answering any questions about the menu.

· Reset tables for the next set of guests, including refilling condiments and ensuring sufficient cutlery and napkins and promote additional menu items, specials, and desserts to enhance the overall dining experience and increase revenue.

· Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions and provide guests with receipts and thank them for their patronage.

· Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols and follow the establishment's policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and guest interactions.

· Solicit and respond to customer feedback, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner and report feedback to management to continuously improve service quality.



Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods.


Salary:

· N60,000 – N70,000.
