Job Description

Function: Learning & Development
Reporting to: GED, HR & Corporate Services
Location: Lagos
Travel Frequency: Occasional

Purpose of the Job

Management and coordination of the ipNX learning centre and facilitating career development plans and initiatives.

Expected Key Results

* Coordinate operations of ipNX learning centre.
* Assists with defining training needs requirements mapping performance results.
* Research and provide contents for various learning modules.
* Recommend and assign training/career development solutions in accordance with position requirements
and annual plans.
* Manage the ipNX’s E-Learning platform.
* Facilitate trainings.
* Course content creation, designing presentations and creating manuals, job aids and other materials
* Recommend and assign training/career development solutions in accordance with position requirements

Educational Qualifications
Minimum 2.1 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources and related field.

Functional Skills:

Understanding of the HR business processes
* Knowledge of Process documentation standards
* Experience in delivering a wide variety of high-quality
learning programs.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close
attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous
projects under deadline pressure.
* Creative problem-solving skills, an understanding of group
and corporate dynamics.
* Strong knowledge in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and
PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
* The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong
problem solving competencies.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate learning and
development.

Other Requirements
* General knowledge of employment laws and practices
* Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
* Effective oral and written communication.
* Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
* Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
