HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in HR management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex HR issues
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
